Our nonsurgical weight management program is an effective solution to help you meet your weight loss goals. Managing your weight long term requires more than willpower alone. Personalized Weight Loss Plan


We follow these simple steps to provide a personalized plan:

                  • Personalized Treatment Plan: From the results of your blood analysis, we                          work together to create a personalized nutrition and exercise plan to                                meet your goals.

                   • Initial Consultation: This visit takes about 90 minutes. We perform a                                  comprehensive analysis to determine best options for weight loss. This                              involves a body composition analysis (to determine fat mass, muscle                                mass, water percentage, resting metabolism, etc), vital signs, EKG                                      analysis, blood draw, before formulation a weight loss plan with your                                practitioner. This is a long visit so please plan accordingly.

                 • Medication: Depending on the treatment option, medications can be                                      prescribed when necessary to assist with the weight loss. These                                        prescriptions can be picked up at any pharmacy of your choice. We do                              not dispense medications in our center.

                 • Follow-up Visits: The follow up visits are bi-weekly at first for the firs                                    month, and then monthly thereafter. During these visits, we measure                                your progress and help you set new goals. We also give you                                                encouragement and recommendations to help keep you on track.

                •  Education and Support: During every follow-up visit, we give you tips and                          information to help you stay motivated and we understand that the                                  weight loss journey an be tedious and frustrating. We discuss any                                      questions and concerns you may have and and continue to work on                                  nutrition, portion control, and any other areas you may be struggling                                with.
